Derek Jeter and Jeb Bush Interested in Purchasing Miami Marlins

If you go into the Major League Baseball Teams Store, there is a enticing, little dusty, Miami Marlins team on the shelf. Since their inaugural season in 1993, the Marlins have won 2 World Series (1997 and 2003), which is a great success for such a new organization. Since 2003, their success has been shaky. They opened a new ballpark in 2012 but attendance has been extremely subpar. In the last 4 season, they have never ranked better than 27th in the league for attendance. This has caused owner, Jeffrey Loria, to dust off the ‘for sale’ sign and slap it on the franchise.

If you have any interest in the Miami Marlins franchise, you want Derek Jeter to be a part of the ownership for the team. The guys is proven winner and was the face of baseball for two decades. He wins, wins, wins, no matter what. You want that on your side. There seems no way that a Derek Jeter ownership could go wrong…

Enter Jeb Bush, failed presidential candidate and bitch of President Donald Trump.

Derek, if you are reading this, stay clear of Jeb. Doesn’t seem to have that sense of clutch and greatestness that you possess, sweet Yankee prince. His brother, George W, used to be apart of the partnership that owned the Texas Rangers, great success. He ran for president and won. Jeb tried to follow in his brother’s footsteps for president and lost. Now he is trying to follow in the footsteps again and own a baseball team, stay clear glorious captain of the Bronx.

Also, 90% sure if Jeb gets the bid for the Marlins, Trump will just take the team and Jeb’s lunch money.
